The connection method for aluminum alloy lined plastic pipes and fittings adopts a relatively advanced hot melt technology. The main advantages of hot melt connections are not only quick and convenient installation, but also that pipes and fittings of the same material are melted at the joining surfaces using a hot melt machine. After the outer surface of the pipe is melted, it is inserted into the inner surface of the melted fitting, and after the joining surfaces cure, they are completely and thoroughly connected. Once the pipes and fittings are hot melted together, the entire pipeline system forms a unified entity, effectively solving the leakage problems at the connections that can occur with other connection methods due to improper fitting, thereby enhancing the safety performance of the pipeline system.

RunSoo is located in the Tao Lan Chemical Park in Suining, Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province. Established in 2010, it covers an area of over 60 acres, with a factory area of 20,000 square meters and a registered capital of 51.8 million yuan. It is mainly dedicated to the research and production of various types of plastic, plastic, aluminum alloy lined composite pipes, and plastic steel pipes. Currently, there are 11 extrusion lines and 3 injection molding machines, with an annual production capacity of over 10,000 tons. The products are used in domestic water supply, municipal water supply and drainage, agricultural drinking irrigation, gas transmission, electrical protection, ground source heat pumps, and industrial special pipelines.
The company uses Granville - Fangli extruders and Oulei injection molding machines as the main production equipment, treating every aspect of the production process with rigor. All raw materials are imported from South Korea, and the color masterbatches are sourced from domestic manufacturers, ensuring that RunSoo products delivered to the market are of superior quality.
Aluminum alloy lined composite pipes are a new type of pipeline developed by Jiangsu RunSoo based on traditional plastic pipes. They combine the performance advantages of both metal and plastic, ensuring not only excellent light-shielding, hygiene, and pressure resistance but also significant features such as freeze and heat insulation, sound reduction, corrosion resistance, shock resistance, light weight and rigidity, and a 50-year maintenance-free system.
Material processing: The outer layer is made of 6063 aviation aluminum alloy, and the inner layer is made of imported plastic raw materials, compounded using linear prestressing technology. The process is strictly executed in accordance with CJ/T321-2010 standards, ensuring stable and reliable product quality, allowing users to feel satisfied when purchasing and assured when using.

Performance characteristics:

1. Pressure resistance and aging resistance: Aluminum alloy lined plastic pipes not only have a beautiful appearance but are also effective in resisting ultraviolet radiation from sunlight, enhancing the aging resistance and lifespan of the pipes, making them particularly suitable for exposed installations.
2. Clean and hygienic, safe and environmentally friendly: The PPR inner lining aluminum alloy pipe complies with the hygiene requirements specified in GB/T17219-1988, making it a dedicated pipeline for direct drinking water, completely preventing secondary pollution of water quality.
3. Insulation and energy saving: With a low thermal conductivity coefficient and low thermal transfer rate, it provides excellent insulation and energy-saving effects.
4. Convenient and reliable connections: The texture and color of the fittings for the aluminum alloy lined composite pipes ensure that the light transmittance is far below 0.2%, thus effectively inhibiting the growth and reproduction of algae and bacteria, ensuring the hygiene and safety of drinking water.
