1. All company products are made from imported food-grade LLDPE rotomolding, suitable for storing water, weak acids, alkalis, salts, and other chemical substances.
2. Plastic water tanks are mainly divided into three types:
Standard model: Suitable for storing water and low-temperature, low-concentration weak acids, alkalis, and salts.
Thickened model: Suitable for storing high-temperature, high-concentration weak acids and alkalis.
Thickened and reinforced model: Suitable for storing high-temperature, high-concentration strong acids and alkalis.
3. Selection of joints:
Water connection with ABS joint: Free joint and installation (for DN40 and below).
Acid and alkali compatible connection with PVC joint: Free joint and installation (for ND50 and below).
High-temperature, high-concentration acid and alkali connection with PE flange: Requires payment of corresponding costs.
4. If there are issues with the product within one year, excluding human factors and irresistible forces (such as: war, earthquake, natural disasters), we provide free technical guidance and repairs.
II. Product Service
1. Pre-sale service: Sales personnel will clarify the composition and temperature concentration of the liquid to be stored when receiving your inquiry, and provide you with a suitable price. Then, our professionals will draft a design, confirming the location and size of the openings.
2. In-sale service: After receiving your order, our sales personnel will promptly update you on the production progress of the ordered products. After shipment, we will track the logistics information in a timely manner for your convenience!
3. After-sale service: Once you receive the goods, if there are any issues regarding installation and usage, we will contact you promptly. Our contact methods include phone and online communication. If necessary, we can send technicians for on-site service. If the issue is due to our product, on-site service will be free. If the issue is not related to our product, corresponding costs will apply.
III. Logistics
As containers are considered throwaway items, if the customer needs a small quantity of products, we arrange for shipping through a logistics company. For larger quantities, we will arrange for a return vehicle to help transport the goods, which can save significantly on shipping costs; we will assist you in this arrangement. When you pick up goods from the shipping department or when goods are delivered to the designated warehouse, please ensure to check for any visible damages and handle the unloading carefully to avoid breakage.
