1. All company products are made from imported food-grade LLDPE through rotational molding, suitable for storing water, weak acids, weak bases, salts, and other chemical agents.
2. The plastic water tanks are mainly divided into three types:
Standard version: can store water and low-temperature, low-concentration weak acids and bases.
Thickened version: can store high-temperature, high-concentration weak acids and bases.
Thickened and reinforced version: can store high-temperature, high-concentration strong acids and bases.
3. Selection of connections:
For water storage with ABS connectors: free connectors and free installation (for DN40 and below).
For acidic and alkaline liquids at room temperature with PVC connectors: free connectors and free installation (for DN40 and below).
For high-temperature, high-concentration acids and bases with PE flanges: corresponding cost fees are required.
4. If there are any product issues within one year, excluding human factors and force majeure (such as war, earthquakes, natural disasters), free technical guidance and repairs will be provided.
II. Product Services
1. Pre-sales service: Sales personnel will clarify the composition and temperature concentration of the liquid to be stored when receiving your inquiry, and provide you with a suitable price. Then our professionals will draft the drawings to determine the position and size of the openings.
2. In-sales service: After receiving your order, the sales staff will promptly update you on the production progress of the products you ordered. After shipment, they will track the logistics information for your convenience!
3. After-sales service: When you receive the goods, if you have any issues regarding installation or use, we will contact you in a timely manner. Contact methods include phone and online communication. If necessary, we can send technicians for on-site service. If the issue is due to our product, the on-site service is free. If it is not related to our product, corresponding cost fees will be charged.
III. Logistics
Since the containers are considered throwaway items, if the customer requires a small quantity of products, we arrange shipments through logistics companies. For larger quantities, we will arrange a return truck for full-load transportation, which can save a lot on shipping costs; we will assist you in this regard. When you pick up the goods from the shipping department or when the goods arrive at the designated warehouse, be sure to check for any obvious damage to the products and handle them carefully during unloading to avoid breakage.
