2、Rotational molded containers have the following characteristics:
Characteristic One: Acid and alkali resistant; Characteristic Two: The temperature tolerance does not exceed 70°C, and the freezing tolerance should not be lower than -30°C. Characteristic Three: Normal pressure products, cannot be subjected to positive pressure or negative pressure exceeding normal pressure (1 atmospheric pressure); if stirring or the acid-base concentration is above 1.2, it is recommended to install reinforcing sleeves and increase the thickness of the barrel wall. This characteristic is particularly important for barrels with a capacity exceeding 10,000L. (For nitric acid concentrations exceeding 28%, only special grade products should be used and reinforced sleeves should be installed); Characteristic Four: This container is a rotationally molded integral product, featuring advantages such as no welding, no seams, non-toxic, odorless, easy to clean, and flexible to transport.

4、Installation precautions:
（1）The interfaces or flanges installed on this container before leaving the factory may loosen or even be damaged during transportation. It is essential to check for completeness before receiving and installing.
（2）.Connections between containers or external pipelines should use flexible or U-shaped connections and should be supported by brackets. The pipes and interfaces should not bear weight to prevent damage to the connections and the container body caused by the pressure of the liquid stored and the weight of the pipeline.
（3）.After the installation of the interfaces and pipelines is completed, water testing must be performed to check for leaks at the barrel body and the connections and pipelines.
（4）Connections and pipeline sections should be checked monthly, and any abnormalities should be repaired promptly.
