After several years of dedicated development and timely investments, MBA Polymers has become a world leader in the recycling of plastics from waste durable goods such as computers, electronics, household appliances, and automobiles. The company's headquarters and R&D facilities remain in Richmond, California, but its production sites have expanded globally. Our modern factories in Guangzhou, China, and Komotin, Austria, have been operational since 2006, primarily handling waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). In the fourth quarter of 2010, we expanded to the United Kingdom, where our joint venture partner, European Metal Recyclers, produces recycled plastics from scrap automotive materials, distinct from other recycled waste from cars, appliances, and other electronics.
