One, product performance
No.1, the softening point of the plastic used in PE tank is 108℃, the brittleness point is -70℃, so it can generally be used for liquids with temperatures from -40℃ to 70℃. If the temperature of the liquid being filled is higher than 70℃, a metal reinforcement sleeve should be provided to prevent the tank from softening and deforming. If the tank is used for chemical reactions or dilution, corresponding tests should be carried out in advance to determine the reaction or dilution temperature.
No.2, accessories are configured according to the purpose provided by the customer, with PP, PVC, ABS joints, and PP, PVC, PE flanges to choose from. When filling acidic or alkaline substances, PVC, PP, or PE fittings and acid-alkali resistant gaskets should be provided. When filling organic substances (especially organic solvents), use rubber gaskets that are not easily soluble.
No.3, this product is not suitable for filling strong oxidants and good organic solvents, etc.

Two, installation and use instructions
No.1, the base for installing the tank should be level and able to withstand the corresponding pressure. If using a steel structure, the gap should not be too large, and wood or iron plates should be laid on top.
No.2, when storing chemical substances in the tank, there should be good drainage ditches and dilution devices around the site.
No.3, since the bottom of the tank inevitably protrudes into the tank in the form of a spherical crown during molding, the base should be made into a spherical crown similar to the bottom shape (it is recommended to use sand on a horizontal base to form a spherical crown corresponding to the bottom of the tank).

No.5, the plastic joints are tightened when they leave the factory. During transportation and loading and unloading, the joints may loosen, so the sealing performance of the joints should be checked before use. Liquid can be added above the joint to observe if there is leakage. For tanks storing chemical liquids, leak tests should be conducted with water first to prevent significant losses.
No.6, pipes connected to the bottom joints or flanges of the tank should be perpendicular to the barrel wall, using flexible connections to prevent damage to the joint connection due to uneven expansion of the barrel wall when it is filled with liquid, leading to leaks, and in severe cases, damage to the joint and barrel body.
No.7, when the inlet is far from the bottom of the tank, the inlet should bend towards the tank wall so that the liquid entering falls along the tank wall, reducing the impact on the bottom.
No.8, for large capacity tanks (20 cubic meters and above), metal reinforcement sleeves can be used to limit the expansion and deformation of the barrel body at the joint, thereby avoiding cracks in the hole.
No.9, when installing heavy accessories such as stirrers on the barrel, or when people need to work on the tank top and the tank top cannot bear the weight of a person, please make a separate rack or ladder, and pay attention to work safety.
No.10, in situations where the liquid level cannot be controlled, an overflow port should be installed to prevent liquid from overflowing from the manhole, causing unnecessary harm.
No.11, when the inflow and outflow flow rates are large, corresponding flow rate exhaust pipes should be installed.
