The production line adopts a modular design, making operation and maintenance simple. The pipes produced by the SBG1800 winding pipe production line are mainly made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). First, a round pipe is extruded by the first extruder and then shaped into a square pipe through a cooling and shaping machine. It then enters the winding forming machine. Simultaneously, the second extruder extrudes molten adhesive strips to bond the square pipes in a spiral form. The inner and outer walls of the resulting pipes are smooth and flat, with diameters ranging from φ800 to 1800mm. Depending on different usage conditions, the ring stiffness is divided into four grades, reaching up to 16 kN/m². This type of pipe is corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and easy to install, making it widely used in drainage and sewage pipelines for highways, municipal construction, residential areas, sports fields, plazas, mines, agriculture, culverts, bridges, and other fields.
