The SBG1600 winding pipe production line is a new type of pipe material equipment developed by our factory in combination with foreign equipment. The production line adopts a modular design, making operation and maintenance simple.
The SBG1600 winding pipe production line produces pipes primarily made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Initially, the first extruder extrudes a round pipe, which is then shaped into a square pipe through a cooling and shaping machine. It subsequently enters the winding forming machine, where the second extruder simultaneously extrudes molten adhesive strips to bond the square pipes in a spiral pattern. The inner and outer walls of the resulting pipe are smooth and flat. The pipe's diameter ranges from φ600mm to 1600mm, and its ring stiffness is divided into four grades based on different usage conditions, reaching up to 16 kN/m². This type of pipe is corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and easy to install, making it widely used for drainage and sewage pipelines in highways, municipal construction, residential areas, sports fields, squares, mines, agriculture, culverts, bridges, and other fields.
