The plastic PE water tank container is made using rotational molding technology for both industrial and civilian plastic PE container products. Its advantages and features are as follows: (1) Made from brand new imported polyethylene PE material, non-toxic, odorless, lightweight and tough, easy to transport. (2) Economical and durable: resistant to aging, corrosion, UV, acid and alkali, high temperature (below 80℃), and freezing (-40℃), with a lifespan of over 15 years. (3) Rotational molding process, one-piece molding, no seams, complete process, smooth inside and outside, aesthetically pleasing, sturdy and durable, widely applicable. It is widely used in secondary water supply in high-rise buildings, water storage, water treatment, electronics, chemicals, textile dyeing, petrochemicals, pickling and electroplating, pharmaceuticals, food, brewing and sugar making, vegetable pickling, aquaculture, freezing and refrigeration, etc. The products are distributed across mainland China (all provinces and regions except Tibet), with a lifespan of up to 15 years for water tank products, and they are not prone to scaling, among other advantages, capable of replacing various products such as steel-lined rubber, plate welding, fiberglass, stainless steel, and ceramic jars. An essential component of residential public water supply and water treatment systems, its production process is as follows: rotational molding process, also known as rotational casting, is a method for hollow forming of thermoplastic plastics. First, powdered or paste-like PE material is injected into the mold. By heating the mold and rotating it in both longitudinal and transverse directions, the material evenly fills the cavity of the mold and melts under the action of its own gravity and centrifugal force. After cooling, the hollow product is obtained upon demolding. Due to the low rotational speed of rotational molding, the products have almost no internal stress, making them less prone to deformation, dents, etc. The plastic water tank, PE water tank, and water tower storage tanks should meet the following conditions: sufficient wall thickness, uniform wall thickness, quality raw materials, skilled manufacturing techniques, and strict factory requirements. The products strictly adhere to the People's Republic of China GB9687—88 quality standards and have passed product quality inspection by the Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Technical Supervision, ensuring compliance with drinking grade plastic product standards. The various containers produced are of high quality, diverse types, complete categories, acid and alkali resistant, high temperature resistant (80℃), and freeze resistant (--40℃). They are widely used in construction water supply, water treatment, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, food, electronics, chemicals, brewing, sugar making, vegetable pickling, aquaculture, freezing and refrigeration, textile dyeing, and many other industries.

Acid and alkali resistant; please refer to the polyethylene chemical resistance performance table.
Note:
(1) If this container is filled with liquids of a specific gravity of 1 or below (weak acids, weak bases, and water), the general lifespan is 5 to 20 years. If kept away from sunlight and rain, the lifespan can be greatly extended to 25 years.
(2) If filled with acidic or alkaline liquids with a specific gravity between 1-1.2, the aging period is 4-5 years, and the lifespan is within 18 years.
(3) If filled with acidic or alkaline liquids with a specific gravity between 1.2-1.4, the aging period is 3 years and the lifespan is within 15 years.
(4) If filled with acidic or alkaline liquids with a specific gravity above 1.4, the aging period is 2 years and the lifespan is within 10 years.
Feature Two:
The temperature resistance is a maximum of 70 degrees Celsius, and the freeze resistance is no lower than -30 degrees Celsius.
Feature Three:
This product is designed for normal pressure and is a regular container; it should not be subjected to positive pressure or negative pressure exceeding normal atmospheric pressure (1 atmosphere). If stirring or the acid-base concentration is above 1.2, it is advisable to add reinforcement sleeves and increase the thickness of the barrel wall. This feature is especially important for barrels with a capacity exceeding 10000L. (For nitric acid concentrations exceeding 28%, special grade products must be used along with reinforcement sleeves.)
Feature Four:
This container is a one-piece molded product with no welds, seams, is non-toxic, odorless, easy to clean, and flexible to transport.
Note: Instructions for interfaces, piping, and reinforcement sleeves:
(1) The interfaces or flanges installed before the container leaves the factory may loosen or even be damaged during transportation. It is essential to check their integrity before receiving and installing.
(2) For connections between containers or external piping, flexible or U-shaped connections must be used and supported with brackets. The pipes and interfaces must not bear any load to prevent damage to the interfaces and the body of the container due to pressure from the liquid inside and the weight of the pipes.
(3) After the interfaces and piping are installed, a water test must be conducted to check for leaks at the barrel body and the connections and piping.
(4) The interfaces and piping should be checked monthly, and any abnormalities should be repaired promptly.
(5) Our reinforcement sleeves are made of 250mm, 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plates; installation should be done when the container is empty. The tightness should be such that they do not fall off the barrel body; during long-distance transportation and handling, the paint surface of the reinforcement sleeve may be damaged, so it should be repainted after installation to extend its lifespan, and grease should be applied to the tightening screws and nuts to prevent rust affecting strength.
