Product Installation Instructions
The correct installation method can also help maintain the product and extend its service life. Therefore, our company provides the following installation instructions for customers:
1. The foundation for installing the tank must be flat and able to withstand the corresponding pressure.
2. Please remove any sharp objects and stones from the area where the tank will be placed.
3. The tank comes with pre-installed fittings. However, during transportation and unloading, fittings may loosen, so it is advisable to check the sealing performance of the fittings upon installation. Please note that the fittings are made of resins such as PVC, ABS, or nylon. Over-tightening may damage the threads.
4. External connections to the tank must be correct. Pipes connected to the lower fittings or flanges of the tank should be perpendicular to the tank wall. In special cases, it is recommended to use flexible connections. When the tank is filled with liquid, changes in vertical alignment or expansion of the tank wall may lead to damage to the connections, resulting in leakage, and in severe cases, affect the life of the connection and the tank body.
5. After plumbing work is completed, please conduct a full water pressure test to confirm there are no leaks. If there is a leak, please check the sealing part of the fittings and the threaded areas for errors and make adjustments.
6. The temperature of the solution stored in the tank is generally -20℃ to 60℃. If the temperature of the liquid being stored exceeds 60℃, a metal reinforcement sleeve should be used to prevent softening and deformation of the tank.
7. When storing chemical substances (specific gravity greater than 1:2) or tanks larger than 15 cubic meters, a metal reinforcement sleeve can be used to limit the expansion deformation of the tank, thus preventing cracking around the openings.
8. This tank is an innovative Yongda container; please do not increase the internal or external pressure on the tank. When the inflow and outflow rates are large, appropriate ventilation holes should be provided.
9. When changing the liquid being stored or when there is uncertainty about whether a particular medium can be stored, please consult our company in a timely manner.
