日本东丽研发新型海水淡化用玻纤增强复合材料包裹反渗透膜元件

日本东丽株式会社（东京）近日透露，其正在研发TSW-K/M/V系列先进反渗透（RO）膜元件，该系列膜元件采用玻璃纤维增强聚合物（GFRP）复合材料外层包裹，用于海水淡化。据介绍，基于已有的测试验证结果，该产品具有竞争对手无法比拟的脱盐率，并兼具高硼去除率和高耐化学腐蚀性等优点。新系列产品比东丽现有型号具有更好的耐盐性和透水性，将于2026年10月推向市场。
评估表明，其盐透过率比东丽现有型号（TM820M/TSW-M）低55%。因此，新的海水淡化项目可以从常规的两级反渗透膜处理改为单级工艺。对于现有的两级设施，该系列产品可以通过减轻第二级设备的运行负荷和优化运行条件，实现节能并改善水质。
东丽表示，这将有助于简化整体水处理流程并降低总运营成本。该系列产品还具有高性能的硼去除能力，可满足饮用水和工业应用领域严格的质量要求。由于其耐化学腐蚀性优于现有型号，该系列产品应能限制化学清洗过程中膜性能的下降；这将稳定长期运行并延长反渗透膜的使用寿命。
TSW-K/M/V系列产品体现了东丽多年来在精密纳米孔控制技术以及膜和元件成型技术方面取得的进一步进步。通过结合聚酰胺孔径分布的定量分析、利用数字化技术分析膜与水分子之间的相互作用以及分析孔内水分子流动，东丽开发出一种新型膜结构，可最大限度地减少盐和硼等小分子物质的渗透。
