The factory is located on the east side of Zuo Ling Avenue in Donghu High-tech Development Zone, Wuhan City, and the project covers an area of 751 mu.Expected to start production by the end of the year, with large-scale mass production to be achieved in 2026.

According to the latest revelation from blogger "Xiao Ma Jia Bu Xiao",Xiaomi Wuhan home appliance factory is expected to start production ramp-up in January-February 2026, with a planned capacity of 6 million, and an initial capacity of 3 million.
He also revealed: "Among them, 1 to 1.5 million capacity is for air conditioners, about 1 million for TVs, and several hundred thousand for air purifiers and washing machines."
This can also show that the air conditioning business is a key focus area in Xiaomi's major home appliances, and it will comprehensively challenge traditional manufacturers like Gree.
Even Xiaomi's latest released central air conditioning has surpassed Gree and is directly benchmarking against the international brand Daikin.And it is more sincere in the choice of materials, but the price is only one third.
