The Yulin Fine Chemical New Materials Public Utility Project has commenced.
Recently, the public construction project for the production of 1 million tons/year of high-end chemical new materials by Shaanxi Yuhneng Fine Chemical Materials Co., Ltd., led by China Chemistry Tianchen Company (referred to as Tianchen Company), held a groundbreaking ceremony in Shulin Industrial Park, Yulin City. The project has officially entered the construction phase.
It is understood that the project is located in the South Area of Qingshui Industrial Zone, Yushen Industrial Park, Yulin City, covering an area of 1500 mu (about 100 hectares), with an overall designed investment estimate of 10.3 billion yuan. The project is scheduled to be fully completed by October 2026. After completion, it is expected to consume approximately 269,000 tons of standard coal annually (excluding energy used as raw material). The project will produce nearly 10 categories of products that directly target the end market, and is considered a key project for "extending, supplementing, and strengthening" the industrial chain in Yulin's energy and chemical industry.
The project has a long industrial chain, high equipment interrelation, and complex materials, especially the DMTA unit, which is a first-time industrial demonstration unit, placing high demands on the contractors for auxiliary engineering. Tianchen Company will adopt a management model of "three comprehensives and three modernizations" focusing on comprehensive factor control, full-cycle optimization, all-staff participation, as well as standardization, intelligence, and greening. We will make every effort to ensure safety, quality, and schedule, creating a demonstration project with "five zeros": zero accidents in safety, zero defects in quality, zero pollution in environmental protection, zero delays in progress, and zero risks in integrity.
