The raw material styrene slightly increased and then fluctuated, leading to weaker cost indications. The industry supply is relatively abundant, and downstream buyers are purchasing based on low-level just-in-time demand. In the short term, the PS market may remain stable with narrow fluctuations, and some areas might see slightly lower sales. It is expected that the price of general-purpose and high-impact polystyrene in the East China market will be around 7600-8500 yuan/ton.
