Profit Slides Nearly Half! Color Masterbatch Company Releases 2025 Performance

Colbert disclosed its 2025 financial results, reporting revenue of RMB 454 million, an increase of 0.09% year-over-year; net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 28.2889 million, a decrease of 41.7% year-over-year; and net profit attributable to shareholders excluding non-recurring gains and losses of RMB 26.8668 million, a decrease of 35.26% year-over-year.

It is reported that, during the reporting period, Kebai’er’s annual revenue remained virtually unchanged from the previous period, due to dual pressures on the downstream home appliance industry in both domestic and international markets.

However, due to the combined effects of intensified market competition leading to a decline in product prices, some fundraising projects being converted to fixed assets, and Kober's continuous increase in R&D investment and talent acquisition, the profit level during the reporting period saw a significant decrease compared to the previous period.

According to the Color Masterbatch Industry Network, during the reporting period, the factory building, dormitory, and part of the production lines of the subsidiary Anhui Kebai'er Materials Technology Co., Ltd. "50,000 tons per year of polymer functional composite materials project" were transferred to fixed assets, leading to an increase in depreciation expenses. Meanwhile, the project is still in the stage of capacity ramp-up, and the capacity has not been fully released, which has had a certain impact on the profit for this period.
