New Nissan Kicks Unveiled in October This Year Featuring Hybrid System
Recently, Chezhinet learned from relevant channels that the new Nissan Kicks will be released in October this year. Previously, some media reported that the production line of the Kicks will be transferred from the Thailand factory to the Kyushu factory in Japan starting in 2028.
In terms of appearance, the new car basically continues the design language of the model sold in North America, offering a variety of two-tone car colors to meet the personalized needs of target customers. The front face of the new car features a V-shaped sport grille, with the front headlight assembly parallel to the black trim at the front end of the car. The daytime running lights are arranged on both sides of the front grille. The overall design style is similar to the Nissan Pathfinder, possessing a strong sense of heft.
The side of the car body emphasizes a youthful design, featuring continuous front and rear waistlines. The floating C-pillar design further enhances the sporty feel. The tail light group echoes the front, offering high recognition when illuminated. In terms of dimensions, the new car measures 4366mm in length, 1801mm in width, and 1630mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2660mm and a minimum ground clearance of 213mm.
In terms of interior, the new car adopts a simple design style and may be equipped with a combination of a 7-inch LCD screen and an LCD instrument panel. The high-end models feature a 12.3-inch fully LCD instrument panel, and the car system supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a 1.2L inline 3-cylinder naturally aspirated engine and an e-POWER hybrid system, with options for front-wheel drive and four-wheel drive models. In terms of driving assistance configurations, the new car is equipped with the ProPilot system and comes standard with tire pressure monitoring, road traffic sign recognition, forward collision warning, and a blind spot monitor.
