Jiangsu to Build Anta’s 2-Million-Meter Annual Bio-Based Film Production Line
March 2, Dongke New Materials Co., Ltd. in JiangsuAnnouncement of the Project for a Production Line of Anta Bio-based Film with an Annual Output of 2 Million Meters
This project is located at No. 3 Poyang Lake Road, Suzhitong Science and Technology Industrial Park, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. It leases factory premises from Jiangsu Longtai Nano Materials Technology Co., Ltd., with a total construction area of 3,000 square meters. The project procures key raw and auxiliary materials—including bio-based polyurethane resin, DMF, and surfactants—externally. Employing the principle of non-solvent-induced phase separation for pore formation, the process utilizes phase separation-based pore-formation technology and microporous structure design. The project will install major production equipment, including bio-based membrane coating, aqueous-based, and drying systems. Upon completion, the project will achieve an annual production capacity of 2 million meters of bio-based membrane.
Jiangsu Dongke New Materials Co., Ltd.Established in May 2024, the team is centered around Professor Si Yang from Donghua University, with members possessing multidisciplinary backgrounds in biobased materials, chemical engineering, and textile engineering, covering areas such as material development, production management, and market promotion.
The company's main technologies include bio-based raw material modification technology, ultra-thin bio-based film forming technology, and composite function optimization technology. The company's bio-based raw material modification technology enhances the mechanical properties, weather resistance, and processability of the raw materials through chemical modification, which can be used to prepare high-performance waterproof and breathable films. The company's ultra-thin bio-based film forming technology can make the bio-based film as thin as 10-20 micrometers, not only possessing waterproof and breathable properties but also enabling large-scale production, thereby reducing production costs.
Jiangsu Dongke New Materials Co., Ltd. successfully completed its Pre-A round financing on January 31, 2026, with the participating institutions including Dongzheng Capital and Xinyuan Investment, the specific financing amount has not been disclosed.
