It is reported that Avita plans to complete its listing in Hong Kong in the fourth quarter of this year.
IT Home reported on March 27 that, according to sources, the Avita brand, jointly created by Changan, Huawei, and CATL, is accelerating its progress towards an IPO in the Hong Kong stock market. The plan is to submit the listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as early as the second quarter of this year and complete the listing in the fourth quarter."The company is currently in the filing guidance stage and intends to appoint Huatai International and others as sponsors," informed sources revealed.
IT Home noticed that earlier this month, there were reports that Avita Technology is considering submitting a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as early as the second half of this year, planning to raise around $1 billion (approximately 7.272 billion RMB at current exchange rates). Subsequently, a relevant person from Changan Automobile responded, saying, “Avita Technology has had plans for independent listing since its establishment."However, there is currently no specific implementation plan. If there is a confirmed timetable, it will definitely be announced; we have not received such information at this time."
In September last year, Changan Automobile revealed to investors that Avita Technology would develop independently, operate in the market independently, integrate resources from strategic partners, and has plans for independent listing.
