Huawei Intelligent Travel Shakes Up Market: Unveils Five Models, Pricing Ranges From 200,000 To 700,000 Yuan

On April 22, at the Guangzhou Greater Bay Area Culture and Sports Center, Harmony Intelligent Mobility held a grand spring new product launch event, showcasing another comprehensive advancement in the intelligent automotive sector.

Huawei Executive Director, Chairman of the Product Investment Review Committee, and President of the Consumer Business Group Yu Chengdong personally took the stage, unveiling five new models at once — Shangjie Z7, Shangjie Z7T, AITO M6,V9, and the new generation AITO M9, covering four categories: coupes, adventure cars, SUVs, and MPVs, with prices ranging from 219,800 to 669,800 yuan.

This is not a simple product update. The competition in smart cars has entered deeper waters, and Harmony Drive is adopting a dense strategy of "car sea warfare," rapidly building a full-scenario product matrix covering multiple markets. From 200,000 yuan-level youth-oriented coupes to flagship SUVs and MPVs above 500,000 yuan, Harmony Drive is trying to establish a complete product chain from entry-level to high-end.

More importantly, HarmonyDrive officially unveiled five core technology matrices at this launch event — Huawei Qiankun ADAS, Huawei Harmony Cockpit, Huawei Tuling Platform, Huawei Zhiqing, and Huawei Juying Battery Platform. Among them, "Huawei Zhiqing" (HUAWEI DriveONE) was newly announced.

According to Richard Yu, HarmonyOS Auto actually has a sixth core technology - Huawei Intelligent Connectivity, although it was not showcased this time. Shangjie Dual Models: Full Standard Configuration at the RMB 200,000 Level

The Shangjie Z7 and Z7T are the key players in this launch, positioned as a C-segment electric coupe and an electric shooting brake, targeting young consumers.

In terms of pricing, the Shangjie Z7 is offered in three trims: Max at RMB 219,800, Max+ at RMB 249,800, and Ultra at RMB 299,800. The Shooting Brake variant, the Shangjie Z7T, carries a RMB 10,000 premium across all trims, with a price range of RMB 229,800 to RMB 309,800.

The official price of Z7 is reduced by 10,000 yuan across all configurations compared to the pre-sale price. In terms of design, the Shangjie Z7 has a length of 5036mm, width of 1976mm, and height of 1465mm, with a wheelbase of 3000mm, fitting into the standard C-class luxury car size. In terms of personalization, both models offer 10 exterior color options, 5 interior color options, 8 wheel designs, and 3 caliper options, all available on the launch day. Some exterior colors use the same 5C2B painting process as luxury cars.

From a configuration perspective, “full standard specification equals top-tier specification” is the most prominent product philosophy of the Shangjie Z7 and Z7T. Both models come standard with five core technologies: Huawei Qiankun Intelligent Driving ADS 4.1, dual-path, image-grade LiDAR with 896 lines, Huawei Whale 800V high-voltage battery platform, Huawei Harmony Cockpit, and Huawei Tuling platform.

In terms of intelligent assisted driving, this vehicle is equipped with the world’s highest-resolution 896-line LiDAR and a multi-sensor fusion solution, supporting mapless urban Navigation Conditional Automation (NCA) and full-scenario parking functions.

In terms of comfort features, the entire lineup comes standard with eight premium tech amenities: zero-gravity seats for both driver and front passenger (with ventilation, heating, and massage functions), W-HUD head-up display, adaptive rotating center display, streaming rearview mirror, 21-speaker HUAWEI SOUND audio system, silent electro-pneumatic soft-closing doors, continuously variable damping shock absorbers, and Knock-Knock electric pop-up and soft-closing front trunk.

The maximum recline angle of the rear seat is 123 degrees, and it comes with standard seat heating and ventilation. The panoramic roof uses double-layer silver-coated glass, with a UV block rate of 99.9% and heat insulation rate of 98.1%, and it is equipped with EC smart light control function.

Power and range: The Max model is equipped with an 82 kWh battery, offering a CLTC range of 732 km; the Max+ model upgrades to a 100 kWh ternary lithium battery pack, achieving a CLTC range of 905 km and adding air suspension; the Ultra performance model is all-wheel drive, with a combined power of 434 kW and a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of just 3.44 seconds.

All models feature a front double-wishbone and rear five-link suspension setup. Higher trims offer an optional air suspension with CDC electromagnetic damping system. The entire lineup comes standard with an 800V high-voltage platform, supporting ultra-fast charging that adds over 200 km of range in just 5 minutes. The Z7T variant has slightly different range figures: the Max version delivers a CLTC range of 712 km, while the Max+ version achieves 873 km.

In terms of market response, the reservation enthusiasm for the Shangjie Z7 and Z7T has been remarkably strong. According to official figures, combined firm orders for both models exceeded 12,000 units within just 27 minutes. In a video statement, SAIC Motor President Jia Jianxu revealed that the real-time preliminary reservations for the Shangjie Z7 (including the Z7T) have already surpassed 80,000 units. Huawei also announced actor Xiao Zhan as the brand ambassador for Shangjie, further strengthening the brand's appeal among younger consumers. According to Yu Chengdong, deliveries of the vehicle are expected to commence in late May.

AITO M6 sales surpass 10,000 units, with M9 and V9 leading the lineup.

The M6 from Wanjie is positioned as a "Pioneering Smart SUV," targeting the young family user market for mid-to-large five-seater SUVs. A total of four models are launched: the Range-Extended Max+ version at 259,800 yuan, the Range-Extended Ultra version at 279,800 yuan, the Pure Electric Max+ Long Range version at 279,800 yuan, and the Pure Electric Ultra version at 299,800 yuan. The models are available for delivery upon release.

Fifteen minutes after the launch, Richard Yu announced that the pre-orders for the Aito M6 had exceeded 10,000 units. He revealed that based on the popular configurations chosen by users, they had prepared some selected vehicles in stock, and customers could drive their new cars as soon as the May Day holiday, with test drive vehicles also available at the stores. Li Liang He, President of Seres Auto, announced on-site that over the past five years, Aito Auto's sales had surpassed one million units, and R&D investment had exceeded 10 billion yuan.

In terms of body dimensions, the AITO M6 measures 4,960 mm in length, 1,985 mm in width, and 1,736 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,950 mm. It is positioned as a mid-to-large-size SUV and features a five-seat interior layout.

Exterior features the “Qianmian Jingyao” headlights, with interior lighting employing diamond-faceted light sources. The paint utilizes micron-level high-luster aluminum powder and the same premium paint system used on million-dollar luxury vehicles, offering seven color options: Vivid Orange, Flowing Light Blue, Day-Night Purple, and four others. Interior styling offers four themes: Purple-White, Gravitational Red, Electric Orange, and Elegant Apricot.

Space is a major selling point of the WENJEE M6. The interior seating height is close to 1.91 meters, with the second-row legroom approaching 1 meter and headroom exceeding 1 meter. Richard Yu stated that this space performance far exceeds that of luxury large SUVs priced over one million.

The front-row dual-zero-gravity seats support ten-level stacking, eight-point massage, and ventilation/heating functions. The front passenger seat features the “Inspiration Window Mode,” equipped with a magnetic base and synchronized ambient lighting, enabling placement of photos or collectible figurines; optional upgrades include a color e-ink photo frame and rhythm-synchronized fragrance diffuser. The second-row seats come standard with large-angle electric adjustment, ultra-long seat cushions, and ventilation/heating functions.

The central control screen features a sunflower-inspired design, enabling 15-degree rotation and 50-mm extension. A 17.3-inch 3K ceiling-mounted entertainment screen is available as an optional upgrade. The vehicle comes standard with a 21-speaker HUAWEI SOUND audio system. The in-vehicle compressor-powered refrigerator/freezer has a capacity of 7.3 liters. The trunk offers a volume of 840 liters, with a concealed compartment located beneath the trunk cover. Additionally, 10 threaded mounting points are pre-installed inside the trunk for attaching aftermarket accessories.

All models come standard with air suspension and CDC continuously variable damping shock absorbers. With Huawei's Tuling Platform 3.0, impact is reduced by over 50% and ride comfort is improved by over 30%. The 100 km/h braking distance is just over 30 meters, wading depth reaches 700 mm, and the turning radius is 5.5 meters.

Intelligent driving assistance comes standard with 36 perception sensors and an 896-line LiDAR, featuring the full-direction collision avoidance system CAS 4.0, supporting full-scenario driving assistance and parking functions.

The all-new Wanjie M9 was launched for pre-sale on the day of the conference, offering two models: the standard size and the Ultimate World Extended version, with pre-sale prices starting at 499,800 yuan and 669,800 yuan, respectively. According to the data announced by Yu Chengdong, the number of pre-orders for the Wanjie M9 exceeded 11,500 units within one hour of opening.

The Standard Edition has body dimensions of 5,285 mm (length) × 2,026 mm (width) × 1,845 mm (height), with a wheelbase of 3,125 mm; the Ultimate Lingshi Extended Edition measures 5,402 mm (length) × 2,026 mm (width) × 1,845 mm (height), with a wheelbase of 3,236 mm, and offers multiple seating configurations: “Premium 4-Seat,” “Spacious 5-Seat,” and “Comfortable 6-Seat.”

The new vehicle is equipped with the latest-generation TuLing fully active chassis platform, built on a new integrated architecture combining intelligent preview and intelligent vehicle control, and features a new "Gemini" fully redundant architecture with over 30 redundant designs.

In terms of powertrain, it features Huawei’s all-new Zhique dual SiC electric drive system, achieving a drive efficiency of 93.5% and delivering over 900 horsepower. It debuts Huawei’s latest-generation Jujing battery platform. For intelligent driving assistance, it is equipped with the “most powerful to date” integrated perception and control decision-making system, featuring a 6-LiDAR 3D array and debuting the new-generation ADS 5.

The ZhiJie V9, as the first flagship MPV of Hongmeng Zhihang, is officially positioned as the "MPV Tech King." It opened for pre-order on April 22, with a starting pre-sale price of 399,800 yuan. According to official information, within just one hour of the pre-sale launch, the order volume exceeded 12,500 units.

The V9 is equipped with the flagship 9-series Huawei Tuling MPV custom platform, featuring a front double wishbone and rear H-arm multi-link suspension. It comes standard with rear-wheel steering, with a maximum turning angle of ±7° for the rear wheels, and a minimum turning radius of just 5.35 meters.

In terms of safety, the entire lineup comes standard with 13 airbags spanning all three rows, featuring the industry-first Full-Dimensional Enveloping Airbag system, complemented by features such as Pre-Crash Seat Rapid Reset. The Huawei Snowy Owl Intelligent Range-Extended System delivers a CLTC combined range of over 1,250 kilometers.

According to Yu Chengdong, the quality of Huawei iMOTOR powertrain has ranked first for three consecutive years, and the shipment volume in the domestic powertrain market above 300,000 yuan has been the top for two consecutive years. The cumulative safe driving mileage has exceeded 40 billion kilometers.

The range extender’s power generation efficiency exceeds 94%, and the pure electric driving efficiency exceeds 94%. Huawei claims, “With the same 100 kWh of electricity, our vehicles can travel 50 km farther than competitors’.” The Huawei “Jing Whale” battery platform adheres to the philosophy of “Same battery, different safety,” redefining industry safety standards.

From a market fundamentals perspective, Huawei’s Harmony Intelligent Mobility is currently in a rapid growth phase. Yu Chengdong revealed at the press conference that Harmony Intelligent Mobility’s total deliveries across all models in Q1 2026 reached 112,700 units, representing a 41.9% year-on-year increase, with cumulative deliveries reaching 1.35 million units.

At the channel and service level, according to the plan, by the end of 2026, Harmony Intelligent Mobility will have deployed over 2,459 sales outlets and 1,459 service centers, covering more than 94% of cities nationwide, and its charging network will integrate over 2 million charging connectors. This extensive and deep infrastructure deployment will provide a solid foundation for Harmony Intelligent Mobility’s future product scaling and user reach.

From the product matrix and technology system of this launch, HarmonyOS Auto is no longer content with the success of a single model, but instead, through a multi-brand, multi-category, and multi-technology parallel approach, it has built a full-scenario intelligent travel solution covering the price range from 200,000 to 700,000.
