According to official information from IT Home, GAC Honda's new energy factory in the development zone has a total investment of 3.5 billion yuan and an annual production capacity of 120,000 vehicles. It incorporates more than 30 globally leading technologies, over 50 domestically leading technologies, and nearly 60 Honda technologies that are being applied for the first time globally.
In terms of digital intelligence, GAC Honda's new energy factory in the development zone enhances the responsiveness of production planning and actual performance through 100% data connectivity between the MES system and equipment monitoring systems. The stamping workshop uses a fully servo production line, producing one pair of stamping parts in as fast as 3.75 seconds. After the parts are produced, they are automatically packed 100% by robots. The welding workshop has achieved 100% automation in welding, utilizing the industry's first welding AI detection to ensure that 100% of the body welds are qualified.
The coating workshop utilizes a quantitative machine and spraying gun system to achieve 100% fully automatic adhesive application for the entire vehicle, combined with a visual positioning system. The dispensing accuracy reaches 0.5mm.Overall automation rate of the assembly workshopReach nearly three times the level of the domestic automotive industry.Import automatic delivery AGV and direct supply conveyor line to achieve a 25% increase in logistics efficiency.
In terms of raw materials, Honda globally utilizes low VOCs two-component paint for the first time, with 100% of the vehicle body coatings using green low-volatility coatings; the production process adopts a zirconium film pretreatment process.Achieve 100% elimination of harmful heavy metal wastewater.100% elimination of phosphorus-containing waste; upgrading to industry-leading AGV paper box change dry spraying room, achieving zero paint wastewater; environmental governance achieves 100% collection of exhaust gases, with VOCs emissions per unit area 78% lower than the emission standards.
