On July 28, 2025, local time, the European Union officially announced the final ruling: the regulation on imposing definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of epoxy resin originating from the People's Republic of China, Taiwan (China), and Thailand, and terminating the investigation on epoxy resin originating from South Korea, has officially come into effect.

The final anti-dumping duty rates for each party are as follows:

In July 2024, the European Commission officially initiated an anti-dumping investigation, with the complainants being a "temporary alliance" composed of local epoxy resin manufacturers from the European Union; in February 2025, the EU began imposing provisional anti-dumping duties on epoxy resin imported from Mainland China, Taiwan, and Thailand.
