American textile-to-textile startup Circ announced yesterday that the company has reached a strategic partnership with Arvind Limited, one of India’s largest integrated textile and apparel companies. As part of the strategic partnership, Arvind has committed to a five-year purchase of lyocell staple fibers and polyester chips from Circ, integrating them into its extensive apparel production operations. The agreement marks an important step in expanding the procurement of Circ's recycled polyester and lyocell products, increasing the supply of next-generation recycled fibers to global brands.
Arvind is renowned in the textile and advanced textile fields. Through its extensive supply chain relationships and customer base, Arvind can help Circ further accelerate the commercialization and broader adoption of circular materials. The two parties have established a long-term partnership, including the development and cooperation of multiple products, the most notable of which belongs to Circ's Fiber Club.
Circ claims to be a recycler of poly-cotton blends, headquartered in Danville, Virginia. Arvind Limited is an integrated textile product supplier with strong capabilities from fiber to fashion products serving global customers, and is also one of the largest fabric suppliers in the world.
