Biffa promotes 80% recycled HDPE trash bins

Biffa of the UK has introduced about 1,500 recycled plastic bins to the market, with the goal that all new bins will be produced from their own waste bins, achieving a closed-loop system. Biffa is the largest plastic bottle recycling company in the UK, recycling billions of plastic bottles annually. These new bins will contain 80% recycled HDPE and are as strong and durable as virgin plastic bins. Additionally, the recycled plastic bins significantly reduce carbon emissions.
These bins can be used for containing different types of waste streams, such as dry waste, mixed recyclables, food, and glass, among others. The bins can be of any shape and size, produced at Contenur UK's factory in Liverpool, and will still retain the well-known Biffa red color.
