$80 Million Invested in Evian Global PET Recycling Equipment Superfactory Begins Operation
Since March 1997, Evian Group has invested in Shanghai, China, establishing the world's third largest production base after the United States and Australia, and has been committed to creating world-class solid waste recycling and environmental protection equipment.
In November 2022, Evian made another strategic move by investing USD 80 million in Jiangsu to launch the construction of its fourth largest production base worldwide—Paco (Jiangsu) Environmental Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. This base aims to become a world-leading super factory for cutting-edge PET recycling and washing equipment, targeting the "Mount Everest" of global PET recycling equipment.
The project covers an area of approximately 150 mu and was officially laid down at the end of 2023. Currently, the intelligent and automated super factory with a total construction area of nearly 100,000 square meters has been completed and officially put into operation in August this year.
