Large modified plastic project to begin trial production in june

At the earnings briefing held on May 11, 2026, Prilit, a leading modified plastics company, disclosed the latest operating and planning information regarding its modified plastics business.

The infrastructure construction of Phase I of the Tianjin North Base project has been basically completed. The current phase is focused on equipment installation and commissioning, with trial production expected to be achieved by the end of June 2026. The base adopts industry-leading production lines and features a relatively high level of automation. Once put into operation, it will effectively ease the company’s current delivery pressure and drive business scale expansion.

Phase I was originally planned to include 34 fully automated compounding lines, with an annual output of no less than 120,000 tons of modified plastics (PP, ABS, PA, PC, and alloys), including 30,000 tons/year of PCR recycled plastics capacity. It was later planned to expand by constructing 16 new modified plastics production lines and 4 high-filled POE composite material production lines.

Meanwhile, the Guangzhou Nansha base is also advancing its design and construction according to the established plan.

Puleite, as a leading enterprise in the domestic modified materials industry, relies on its core customer base of automobile manufacturers. The downstream demand for modified materials from car manufacturers continues to grow steadily, providing support for further increasing market share in automotive materials.

As the cornerstone business underpinning the company’s long-term and stable development, Pret’s modified materials segment currently has an annual production capacity of 560,000 tons and is now operating at full capacity overall. Strong market demand and ample orders have created significant delivery pressure, and the company has clearly set a future target of increasing total production capacity to 1 million tons per year.
