Jiangsu Bard Polyurethane Officially Listed on the New Third Board
On May 22, Jiangsu Bade Polyurethane Co., Ltd. (884039) was officially listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ), also known as the “New Third Board.” Meanwhile, the company’s special polyether project with an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons successfully reached full production in April this year.

At present, Bader has established two mature and fully developed industrial production systems: bimetallic catalysts and specialty polyether polyols. Among them, the domestic market share of the bimetallic (DMC) catalyst used for polyether polyols exceeds 80%, and the sales of specialty polyether dispersants have long remained among the leading levels in China.
As market demand continues to climb, the existing production capacity has become unable to keep pace with Bade’s rapid growth. At the end of 2023, the Huaian Industrial Park precisely aligned with Bade’s development needs, secured project land for the company, and provided full support to ensure the implementation and construction of its project for an annual output of 60 tons of bimetallic catalysts for polyether polyols and 120,000 tons of specialty polyethers.
At present, the 60,000-ton polyether polyol production line using a double metal catalyst was put into operation at the beginning of 2025. In April this year, the 120,000-ton specialty polyether project was officially completed and reached full production, achieving a sixfold leap in capacity compared with the previous 20,000-ton capacity.
