In May, the LSP(H)-800 double-layer HDPE pipe extrusion production line successfully passed acceptance. This production line integrates precise metering, high-output extrusion, and efficient color change, ensuring stable and high-quality production while significantly shortening color change time and reducing raw material waste. It helps customers achieve higher efficiency and more flexible intelligent production.

The production line is equipped with an LSS-H Series high-output single-screw extruder. Featuring a screw with an L/D ratio of 40 and a barrel and liner with a spiral structure, it ensures stable and uniform melt quality during high-speed extrusion. The main machine is paired with a permanent magnet servo drive system, achieving an output of up to 1,500 kg/h and a unit energy consumption as low as approximately 0.20 kWh/kg, delivering both high productivity and energy efficiency. An integrated gravimetric dosing system enables precise online control of weight per meter, ensuring stable and controllable product quality throughout the production process.

The production line is equipped with an Ø350–Ø800 mm multilayer co-extrusion die head. Its patented flow channel design enables precise control of the thickness of each layer, significantly shortens the color change time for the outer layer, and reduces material loss during color change transitions. The die head vacuum cooling system effectively improves the cooling efficiency of the pipe inner wall, optimizes the cooling length of the entire line, and enhances the overall cooling performance of the product.

Intelligent Interconnection, Transparent Management

The entire line, from measurement and extrusion to weighing and material transfer, is equipped with a real-time data collection and analysis system, with a reserved TCP/IP interface. An optional IoT system can be added to achieve transparent management of equipment operating status, providing reliable support for production decision-making, remote operation and maintenance, and efficiency optimization.
