ALLROUNDER TREND 1000e 290 is a 100-ton electric machine for producing thin-walled LCP connectors. The machine features a high injection speed of 350 mm/s, dynamic acceleration and synchronized movement, making it ideal for products with short cycle times.

ALLROUNDER 1600T is a high-end vertical turntable machine from Arburg, with a clamping force of 200 tons, featuring a 1600 mm diameter high-efficiency electric turntable. It forms a complex automated solution for producing automotive connectors with three inserts. One mold has four cavities. The key point of overmolding inserts is the accurate positioning of the inserts within the mold, which is crucial for efficient automated production.

ARBURG will demonstrate how to produce plastic products efficiently, quickly, and with high quality through innovative digital simulators and assistants in the Gestica control system. It will also showcase the aXw Control filling assistant for filling simulations.
