In such cases, it is generally necessary to keep the screw at a constant temperature and wait for the die head to gradually reach the set temperature before starting the machine. This approach is very energy-efficient.
Precautions
1. Before starting, heat for about 40 to 50 minutes first, raising the temperature to a state where it is easier to pull the motor's V-belt by hand. Pull in the normal working direction 8 to 10 times, and continue heating for about 10 more minutes; at this point, continue heating as additional heat is required for normal production. Adjust the temperature according to the different properties of the plastic.
2. Before the equipment is put into normal operation, the mechanical temperature should be kept stable and should not be maintained at a high or low level.
3. If the feeding is uniform, the machine's feeding speed should match the conveying speed; otherwise, it will directly affect the quality and output of the plastic pellets.
4. Before stopping, all the plastic inside the granulator screw must be emptied and cleaned.
5. When the main unit is shut down, the power should be disconnected, and before the next use, the head line plug must be disassembled and preheated separately.

1. The plastic pelletizing machine should first be placed in a well-ventilated location to ensure that the heat generated by the motor can dissipate, thereby extending its lifespan.
2. Observe the gear oil in the gearbox daily, and the oil level should be maintained at the midline of the oil window. Lubricating oil should be regularly added to the bearings to ensure lubrication between them; check the cooling water of the gearbox daily, and during operation, the cooling water should be in a slow flowing state (the water flow must not be too fast or the water pressure too high, to avoid detaching the copper welds of the internal cooling pipes).
3. Regularly check the screws; after using a new plastic pelletizing machine for 1 hour, use tools to tighten the screws of the moving and fixed blades to enhance the fixation between the blades and the blade holder.
4. To ensure the sharpness of the cut, the knife should be checked frequently to maintain its sharpness and reduce unnecessary damage to other components caused by a dull blade.
5. When replacing the blades, the gap between the moving blade and the fixed blade: for 20HP and above, the gap can be appropriately increased as the recycled material becomes thinner.
6. Before the second start, the remaining debris in the machine room should be cleared to reduce the starting resistance;
7. The inertia cover and pulley cover should be opened regularly to clean the dust outlet below the flange, as the powder discharged from the plastic pelletizing machine room can enter the shaft bearings.
8. The plastic pelletizing machine should be kept well grounded.
