Yuhuan Huanyu Optical Instrument Co., Ltd. is a technology-based enterprise focusing on product research and development and manufacturing. The products cover various fields such as new energy, auto parts, new energy auto parts, communication energy storage, smart home, water conservancy equipment, optical accessories, and integrated automation equipment. It mainly focuses on die-casting smelting, new energy and other industries. It is the main supplier of well-known domestic and foreign companies such as Hikvision and Baidu. The company has various high-precision CNC machining centers, automatic anodizing, and fully automatic surface spraying production lines; the process covers precision die-casting, precision machining, surface oxidation treatment, surface spraying and other manufacturing process fields. It also has 3D scanners, flaw detectors, spectrometers, three-coordinate and other high-precision testing equipment. The company has 350 employees. Huanyu Phase I was built in 2006, covering an area of 26,000 square meters, with three main factory buildings and one comprehensive office building. Currently, Phase I is Huanyu's security accessories product scale production base and product technology research and development center. The monthly production scale of Phase I can reach 1.5 million pieces. Huanyu Phase II covers an area of 35,000 square meters and is divided into three main factory buildings. The die-casting factory building is 8,000 square meters. It was built and put into use in 2021. The other two factory buildings are under construction. Huanyu Phase II is the main expansion base for Huanyu's new projects.
